List 26 X February 2006 This list includes details of copy 35mm slides of railways, and of tramways in Europe and America. ALSO views of coastal shipping EXCEPT Clyde Estuary. There is a separate list for Clyde Estuary subjects. Why does the Electric Railway Society produce slides of coastal steamers? The steamers very often connect with railways at important piers – such as Portsmouth Harbour, Gourock, or Wemyss Bay – and many people are therefore interested in both types of transport.
